Because we believe in thoughtful production and reducing waste, each item is made just for you after your order is placed. We do not mass-produce inventory — we create what is needed, when it is needed.

Processing Time

  • Orders ship within 7–10 business days from the date of purchase unless otherwise noted.

  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

  • During high-volume launches or special releases, processing times may be slightly extended. Any changes will always be communicated at checkout.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Delals

  • Once your package leaves our hands, delivery time is the responsibility of the carrier.

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or service interruptions.

Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Stollen Packages

  • If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local post office.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered.

Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can help make it right.
